Definitions.
All web hosting accounts include our industry leading 45-day Money Back
Guarantee.
If you sign up for a new web hosting account with New Ideas Web Services, Inc. and
decide to cancel it for any reason within the first 45 days after initial
setup, we will issue a refund*. Although not required, we would
appreciate knowing why you decided to cancel. This will help us to improve
our company for the future.
Notification of cancellation can be submitted by using the Client Area (while
logged in). Notification of cancellation via Email, phone, or LiveHelp will
not constitute as acceptance of any cancellation. (We reserve the right to
submit a verification request and require a confirmation reply before
cancellation. In such case, we will use the date your original request was
submitted.)
Please allow up to 30 days for refund to be processed. Please allow 45 days
for refunds paid with check or money order. Refunds will normally be issued
by check. Payment via PayPal may be refunded via PayPal. Refunds will be
issued in United States Dollars.
Cancellations after that 45th day will not receive a refund. Billing
will not be prorated. Cancellation requests (after the 45th day)
must be submitted at least 15 days before cancellation.
* The following restrictions apply:
Accounts terminated because of Terms of Service (TOS) violations do not qualify.
The following are not refundable: Domain Name Registration fees, setup fees,
SSL Certificates, payment processing fees, add-ons, overage fees, other services
(such as web design or search engine submission), software, and software
licenses. Money Back Guarantee does not apply to account renewals. Our liability
shall not exceed amount paid. Certain other restrictions may apply.
Our Money Back Guarantee is designed to help prevent fraud and theft of services.
If we suspect that you are attempting to commit fraud and/or theft of services,
we reserve the right to charge a processing fee of up to $100.00 USD and/or
prosecute for theft of services and/or check fraud. One example would be
if someone receives any service from us and requests a refund, then they
cancel their check and/or cause a credit card chargeback.
